Monroe County owns the industrial park’s 55 +/- acres. The site is located only 8 miles south of Amory on Mississippi Highway 25, and the property is adjacent to the Monroe County Airport. The park is located only 31 miles south of Interstate 22/U.S. Highway 78. The Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad mainline is situated at the property’s western border. Sewage lagoon treatment and other utilities are on site. An Atmos Energy transmission line traverses the property.
